Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, new product drops) processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Time (In Transit)
Shipping time begins once your package is handed off to the carrier. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Carrier delays (weather, service disruptions, etc.) are outside our control. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package appears delayed, reach out and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the last tracking update) with your order number and any photos needed. We’ll work with you to make it right.
