Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you place an order with us, we start processing it quickly so we can get it packed and shipped as fast as possible. This policy explains when you can cancel and what happens if you try to cancel after processing begins.

1) One-Time Purchases (Regular Orders)

You may request to cancel a one-time order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

After that window—or once the order is in processing or shipped—we may not be able to cancel it.

To request a cancellation:

2) Subscription Orders (If Offered)

If we offer subscriptions, you can cancel a subscription at any time through your account/subscription portal (if available) or by contacting us.

Important notes:

  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals.
  • If a renewal order has already processed, we may not be able to cancel that specific shipment.

3) Pre-Orders / Limited Releases (If Offered)

If we offer pre-orders or limited releases, cancellation rules will be shown on the product page or at checkout. If no special rules are listed, the one-time purchase rules above apply.

4) Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

5) If We Can’t Cancel Your Order

If your order can’t be canceled because it’s already processing or shipped, you can still contact us if:

  • The package arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Items are missing

Those situations are handled under our Refund Policy.

6) Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
